preparing for the class
making paper beads is kind of meditation..
made samples in many shapes, colors and different papers
for the kid's art class in Oct

They have gotten this pin made by itomono, and I guess it's a bear.
I couldn't help but fall in love with this guy.
He is available at ME ME ME.
Run to get him !!

It's weaving and HUGE.
I believe it's worth to go even if the outside is more than 90F !
go both MOMAT and Craft Gallery - 650yen,
only the Gallery - 200yen. (As of today)

watermelon
watermelon crochet chair cover
that my mother made with acrylic cheapest yarn
from 100yen shop
She made this last night.
Because she didn't have black yarn enough,
that's all seeds she could put, she said.
Ah, whatever. It's kinda cute. I have to admit.

always with me
I suddenly realized that I have used this leather keychain for 17 years.
There was a shop at the market in Berkley CA.
I chose an embossed leather belt and a buckle in a big selection,
then the craft man completed the belt. I got this one at the shop as well.
The leather has gotten darker and the rose color has been faded,
but I just love it even though I do know it's a bit heavy and big for a woman.
It has traveled with me all the time since then.
