The view from Yurikamome

On my way home from Tokyo Big Sight

The view from Yurikamome
( Tokyo Waterfront New Transit Waterfront Line) is very "Tokyo"
- we can see many artificial things on the artificial island.
Yurikamome is an automated guideway transit, so
it makes me feel like everything here is artificial even more.
Also, the view always reminds me of "the future" that
Osamu Tezuka drew in his cartoon that I read.

It's totally real now.

Maybe because today was Sunday, or
maybe because it's been summer vacation time,
the streets are so empty, weirdly.
